🔧 Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile phones or accessories.

Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.

Handle sales transactions and billing processes.

Maintain updated knowledge of the latest mobile models and accessories.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Organize and maintain product displays in the store.

Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.

Support stock management and inventory checks.

✅ Requirements:

Prior experience in mobile or accessories sales is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and close sales.

Basic understanding of smartphones, features, and trends.

Minimum qualification: 10th pass (12th or graduate preferred).

Willingness to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
