About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Intern-Clinical Representative to manage and support the day-to-day activities of an assigned clinic. The intern will work closely with audiologists, clinic staff, and patients to ensure a smooth and professional hearing-care experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day activities at the assigned clinic.
· Coordinate with audiologists and clinic staff for smooth patient care.
· Welcome, assist, and coordinate with patients during their clinic visits.
· Coordinate appointments, consultations, hearing assessments, trials, fittings, and follow-ups.
· Assist patients with basic information regarding hearing aids and related services.
· Support hearing-aid demonstrations, trials, fittings, and deliveries under supervision.
· Coordinate device-related requirements such as servicing, repairs, accessories, and replacements.
· Maintain accurate patient records, follow-up details, and clinic reports.
· Ensure timely follow-up with patients after consultations, trials, and fittings.
· Handle basic non-clinical queries and escalate clinical or technical queries to the audiologist.
· Maintain patient confidentiality and follow company and clinic protocols.
· Escalate clinic-related issues to the reporting manager when required.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, B.E., Science, or a related field.
· Fresh graduates and relevant students may apply.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong patient-handling and coordination skills.
· Basic knowledge of healthcare and clinical terminology.
· Good documentation and follow-up skills.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
· Interest in hearing aids, audiology, and medical devices.
