Counter Sales

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shop Manager to independently handle day-

to-day operations of our surgical retail store. The role involves managing inventory, sales, and

ensuring smooth functioning of the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Maintain stock levels of surgical and medical supplies

Track expiry dates and ensure proper storage

Handle purchase orders and coordinate with vendors/suppliers

Sales & Customer Service

Attend to walk-in customers and provide product guidance

Generate bills and manage POS/cash handling

Maintain excellent service and professional communication

Prior experience in medical store/surgical shop is an advantage
