Encourage customers to taste different products and can recommend additional purchase.
Treat every customer with the highest priority and ensure prompt service.
Thank every customer after completing their purchase and invite them to visit again.
Accurately enter customer purchases into the system.
Generate the purchase slip for billing.
After billing, verify the invoice with the purchased products.
Hand over the correct products to the customer before they leave the counter.
Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned counter at all times.
Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
Assist in stock replenishment and inform the Store Manager of low stock or product shortages.
Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Build customer trust through polite communication and product knowledge.
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
