Job Description

  • Selling movie tickets at Box Office

  • Selling F&B products at Concessions and Coffee Tree

  • Enrolling customers in Club Cinepolis Memberships

  • Checking the tickets and usher customers in the Auditorium

  • Doing PRP (Pre Rush-Preparation) before shift and interval starts

  • Taking F&B orders from customers in Audi and serving on Seat

  • Handling routine queries from customers and guiding them properly

  • Escalating/informing any critical customer concern to supervisors

  • Delivering excellent customer service
