Position: Counter Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and assist them with product inquiries.
Handle counter sales of valves, pipes, pipe fittings, and related industrial products.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer requirements.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for product availability and dispatch.
Manage billing, order processing, and basic sales documentation.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Counter Sales Executive.
Experience in valves, pipes, pipe fittings, plumbing materials, industrial hardware, or related products is mandatory.
Prior work experience in shops/markets of Old Delhi such as Chawri Bazar, Chandni Chowk, Hauz Qazi, or Sadar Bazar will be preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and sales processes.
Ability to work independently and manage customer queries efficiently.
