We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right four-wheeler vehicle based on their needs, explaining features, handling test drives, and closing sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable models

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly

• Coordinate and arrange vehicle test drives

• Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems

• Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for seamless delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred

• Min 0.6 months of experience in automobile sales or similar field

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Passion for automobiles and customer service

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage
