Counter Sales

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Counter Salesman to join our cake shop team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, basic food preparation knowledge, and the ability to handle daily counter operations smoothly. Along with selling cakes and bakery items, the candidate should also be able to prepare sandwiches, fries, and shakes as per customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection at the counter.

Provide information on cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.

Take and process customer orders accurately (in-store and telephonic).

Prepare and serve sandwiches, fries, shakes, and other quick bites.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and food preparation area.

Ensure proper product display and timely refilling of shelves.

Handle billing, cash, and digital payment transactions responsibly.

Pack orders neatly and ensure timely delivery (if applicable).

Assist in stock management and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude with all customers.
