Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team at Baskin Robbins.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, provide samples, and scoop ice cream according to brand portions.
Follow Baskin Robbins Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory, temperature checks and hygiene.
Ensure the parlor remains clean at all times, including the scooping station, seating area and storage.
Handle POS transactions and manage daily cash/digital sales reports.
