About Us

Riderz Planet is a motorcycling superstore built by riders, for riders. From bikes to gear, spares to accessories, we’re the one-stop destination for the riding community.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a passionate motorcyclist to join our floor team. You’ll drive sales, manage stock, and make sure every rider who walks in leaves with the right bike, gear, and a smile.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

1. Sales

- Hit monthly targets across bikes, riding gear, helmets, accessories, and spares

- Understand rider needs and recommend the right products for their bike, budget, and terrain

- Handle billing, finance/EMI options, and close sales confidently

2. Stock Management & Ordering

- Monitor daily stock of bikes, gear, and accessories on display and in warehouse

- Raise POs with brands/distributors and track inward shipments

- Ensure visual merchandising, correct tagging, and monthly stock audits

3. Customer Query Handling

- Answer walk-in, phone, and WhatsApp queries on models, sizing, compatibility, pricing

- Arrange test rides and explain bike/gear tech in simple terms

- Track and follow up on hot leads and pending deliveries

4. Customer Satisfaction

- Own the end-to-end experience: from first hello to after-sales/service support

- Handle warranty claims, fitment issues, and service bookings smoothly

- Build long-term relationships with local rider clubs and communities

5. Bikes & Gear Knowledge

- Stay updated on motorcycles, riding gear, accessories, and new launches

- Advise on product compatibility, safety standards, maintenance, and upgrades

- Basic understanding of workshop/servicing helps

6. Interactive In-Store Experience

- Keep the store lively: product demos, rider meetups, event days, festive setups

- Proactively engage customers, share riding stories, and build the Riderz Planet vibe

- Support content for social media — reels, photos, customer testimonials

Who We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1-2 years in retail sales. Motorcycling/auto/2-wheeler background preferred

- Skills: Great communication in Hindi & English. Basic billing/computer skills

- Knowledge: Genuine passion for motorcycles and riding gear. Knows his/her bikes

- Attitude: Rider-first mindset, target-driven, team player, enjoys being on the shop floor
