Counter Sales

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, assist with product selection, and ensure smooth billing and service at the sales counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the counter in a professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection (cash, card, UPI, etc.)

• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized

• Manage stock at the counter and coordinate with the inventory team

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in retail or counter sales is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS systems)

• Ability to work in shifts and handle multiple customers

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (depending on experience) + incentives

Work Location

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
