Job Description

Greet customers and understand their requirements.
Recommend suitable products and explain product features.
Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.
Maintain product displays and ensure the counter is clean and organized.
Assist customers with product inquiries and after-sales support.
Manage stock availability and inform the team about low inventory.
Coordinate with the store team for order fulfillment.
Resolve customer complaints professionally.
Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales records.
