Job Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and availability.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and bills.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
Follow up with customers regarding orders and product availability.
Maintain daily sales records and reports.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Keep the counter and product display clean, organized, and attractive.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store sales.
