Counter Sales Executive

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹27,000 per month (depends on experience and interview performance)

1. Role Overview

The Retail Sales Associate is the face of the TBZ brand inside the showroom. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional, luxurious buying experience to customers, driving gemstone, diamond, and gold jewellery sales, and building long-term client relationships.

2. Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Customer Service & Consultative Selling: Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements (weddings, daily wear, festive purchases, or investments), and showcase appropriate gold, diamond, and platinum collections.

• Product Demonstration: Educate clients on product specifications, purity, making charges, weight, and stone quality, helping them make confident purchase choices.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and store-level monthly sales targets.

• Visual Merchandising (VM): Ensure cleanliness, safety, and pristine presentation of assigned display counters, trays, and showcases according to brand guidelines.

• CRM & Clienteling: Build and maintain a database of regular customers, follow up on leads, and invite patrons to new collection launches, festive exhibitions, or special promotional events.

  3. Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 6 years of proven experience in luxury retail, lifestyle retail, or dedicated jewellery sales (Fine jewellery experience is strongly preferred).

• Education: 10+2 (Graduation is an advantage).

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (Fluency in Hindi and basic English is required; local Rajasthani dialects can be an asset).

  • Pleasing, confident, and customer-friendly demeanor with high grooming standards.

  • Basic computer literacy for maintaining customer logs and inventory management entries.
