Sales & Conversion: Greet walk-in customers and understand their specific needs (weddings, investments, or gifting). You are expected to achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Expert Product Guidance: Provide detailed "briefs" on various products, explaining the purity of gold, diamond grading (cut, color, clarity), and the craftsmanship of specific collections.
Up-selling & Cross-selling: Intelligently suggest complementary pieces (e.g., matching earrings for a necklace) or higher-value items to increase the average ticket size.
Inventory Management: Conduct daily stock counting and tallying. Jewelry retail involves high-value assets, so ensuring no "material loss" and maintaining display aesthetics is critical.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build long-term trust to encourage repeat business and handle after-sales queries or complaints with professionalism.
Transaction Handling: Efficiently manage billing, process payments via POS systems, and handle "Old Gold" exchange transactions following company SOPs.
