Job Title: Counter Sales Executive – Watches Sales (Male/Female)Location: Anisabad, Patna (Bihar)Industry: Retail – Watches (Titan / Fastrack / Sonata / Premium Watches)Experience: 1–5 years in retail salesSalary: As per industry standardsJob Description:We are hiring a confident and customer-friendly Counter Sales Executive for our branded watches showroom located in Anisabad, Patna. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a presentable personality, and experience in retail or lifestyle product sales.Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in a polite and professional manner.Understand customer requirements and showcase suitable watch collections.Explain features like brand, model, warranty, strap type, water resistance, offers, etc.Manage billing, invoicing, and POS entries accurately.Maintain display shelves, stock arrangement, and overall showroom hygiene.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Handle customer concerns, warranties, and exchanges politely.Coordinate with the store manager for stock updates and new arrivals.Follow showroom SOPs, customer service standards, and security processes.Requirements:Male & Female both can applyMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred1–5 years of retail sales experience (Watches/Electronics/Apparel/Accessories preferred)Strong communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)Presentable personality with good convincing abilityBasic computer/POS knowledgeReady to work in retail shifts, weekends, and festive seasonsBenefits:Good salary + monthly incentivesPerformance bonusStaff purchase discountsTraining & career growth opportunities
