Greet and assist customers politely at the counter.
Display and organize FMCG items (sweets, bakery, snacks, packaged goods) attractively.
Provide product information and suggest upselling options.
Manage billing, handle cash/card/UPI transactions, and issue receipts.
Monitor stock levels and inform the store in-charge for replenishment.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the counter and display area.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) in product rotation.
Assist in packing, labeling, and tagging products as needed.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate if required.
Support daily stock closing and counter reconciliation activities.
10th/12th Pass or relevant work experience in retail/FMCG.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
Familiarity with handling POS (Point of Sale) system is an advantage.
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English optional).
Presentable and courteous behavior.
Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
