Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

• Understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.

• Explain product features, designs, pricing, and after-sales services.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s products and inventory.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and stock displays.

• Support in stock-taking and inventory management activities.

• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in counter/retail sales (jewellery, lifestyle, or fashion preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Basic computer skills (for billing and POS systems).

• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as per store requirements.

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
