Job Description
We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products, handling sales, and maintaining the counter area.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Prepare bills and handle cash/UPI/card payments.
Maintain proper product display and cleanliness at the counter.
Check stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain basic sales and stock records.
Follow company policies and maintain professional behaviour with customers.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
Freshers can apply; sales experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and digital payments.
Should be polite, energetic, and willing to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
