Job Description

Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams.
Monitor staff attendance and maintain discipline.
Assist in inventory management and stock control.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the restaurant.
Support billing and cash handling when required.
Prepare daily operational reports and update management.
