Job Responsibilities:
Attend customers at the counter and assist them professionally
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
Handle billing, cash payments, and invoices
Maintain product display and cleanliness of the counter area
Manage customer queries and provide excellent customer service
Coordinate with inventory/store team for stock availability
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of sales and customer details
Requirements:
Good communication and customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Friendly and presentable personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales experience preferred
