Hume ek responsible aur customer-friendly Counter Sale Executive chahiye jo store ki security ke saath-saath counter sales aur customer handling bhi manage kar sake.

Key Responsibilities

Store ke entrance par customers ko greet aur assist karna.
Store ki security aur safety ka dhyan rakhna.
Customers aur staff ki movement par proper observation rakhna.
Counter par customers ko products dikhane mein help karna.
Grocery products ki counter sale aur billing process mein support karna.
Products ki availability, price aur basic information customers ko batana.
Counter aur surrounding area ko clean & organized rakhna.
Customer queries aur basic complaints ko politely handle karna.
Store ke rules, discipline follow karna.

Required Skills

Good communication aur customer-handling skills.
Basic Hindi communication required; basic English knowledge an advantage.

- स्टोर की सुरक्षा और अनुशासन का ध्यान रखना।
- स्टोर के प्रवेश और निकास पर निगरानी रखना।
- किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि या चोरी की स्थिति में तुरंत सुपरवाइजर को सूचित करना।
- ग्राहकों को आवश्यक प्रोडक्ट ढूँढने में सहायता करना।
- काउंटर पर बिक्री और बिलिंग प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करना।
- ग्राहकों को प्रोडक्ट की कीमत, उपलब्धता और सामान्य जानकारी देना।
- काउंटर और आसपास के क्षेत्र को साफ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।
- ग्राहकों की सामान्य समस्याओं और प्रश्नों को विनम्रता से संभालना।
- स्टोर के नियमों का पालन करना।
- किसी भी स्टॉक या प्रोडक्ट संबंधी समस्या की जानकारी संबंधित सुपरवाइजर को देना।
- स्टोर खोलने और बंद करने के कार्यों में आवश्यकता अनुसार सहयोग करना।
आवश्यक योग्यताएँ एवं कौशल
- अच्छी बातचीत और ग्राहक सेवा की क्षमता।
- सतर्क, ईमानदार और जिम्मेदार व्यवहार।
- बेसिक गणना और बिलिंग की जानकारी।
- रिटेल / ग्रोसरी स्टोर में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- हिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत करने की क्षमता।
- बेसिक अंग्रेजी का ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।
