Job Summary:
The Counter Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally at the counter.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and efficient manner.
Restock shelves and displays, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive counter area.
Assist in inventory counts and stock management.
Promote special offers, new products, and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
