Job Description

  • Greet customers politely and take their orders (lassi, chaat, beverages, etc.).

  • Prepare and serve lassi, juices, and simple chaat items hygienically.

  • Handle cash and UPI payments and maintain daily sales records.

  • Keep the counter clean, organized, and attractive.

  • Manage stock of raw materials (Lassi, Buttermilk, shrikhand etc.).

  • Follow hygiene and safety standards.

  • Provide good customer service and handle basic customer queries.
