About the Role

Arthlife is looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our retail network and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for the fashion/apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retailers and onboard new customers.

Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Promote Arthlife's product range and new collections.

Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of field sales experience in Apparel, Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle, or FMCG.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
