Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a Counter Sales /Packaging and Dispatching Executive to join our team at Online Cake And Gift India Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹16000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the packaging and dispatch of products efficiently and on time.

• Ensure availability and proper condition of all packaging materials.

• Work closely with the production team to align priorities for packaging and shipment.

• Keep track of packaging stock and place orders for materials whenever required.

• Check packaged items carefully to maintain quality and consistency.

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of all packaged and dispatched goods.

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.

• Monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Address and resolve any issues or delays in packaging or dispatch.

• Guide, train, and oversee team members involved in packaging and dispatch operations.
