Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations. 

• Sales: Drive sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and persuasive sales techniques. 

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals. 

• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand's product offerings, fabrics, and latest fashion trends. 

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. 

• Sales Processes: Manage billing and payment processes using POS systems, as well as order processing. 

• Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive and welcoming store environment. 

• Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and store management to achieve team goals. 

• Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the visual appeal of the sales floor. 

• Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
