Job Description – Counter Sales Executive (EV Products)
We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers and sales of Electric Vehicle (EV) products and accessories. The role requires explaining EV features, guiding customers, and closing sales efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers at the counter and understand their EV-related needs
Explain features, specifications, pricing, and benefits of EV products
Handle sales of EV vehicles, chargers, batteries, spare parts, and accessories
Prepare quotations, bills, and invoices using POS/billing software
Coordinate with service and technical teams for product installation or demo
Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with customers
Ensure proper product display and updated price lists
Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Handle basic customer complaints and provide after-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile preferred)
Experience in EV products / automobile / electronics sales preferred
Basic understanding of EV technology, batteries, chargers, and controllers
Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is a plus)
Comfortable with billing software, POS systems, and MS Excel
