Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the jewelry counter with product selection

• Maintain knowledge of gold, diamond & gemstone jewelry

• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

• Manage jewelry display, counter arrangement, and product presentation

• Achieve sales targets and maintain daily sales reports

• Coordinate with the billing, stock, and back-office teams

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline at the counter

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues politely and efficiently

Skills Required:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Pleasant personality and positive attitude

• Basic product knowledge of jewelry (training will be provided)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
