Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers courteously and understand their requirements

  • Display and explain products, offers, and pricing clearly

  • Recommend suitable products to increase sales and customer satisfaction

  • Prepare bills using POS system / manual billing

  • Collect cash, UPI, card payments and handle transactions accurately

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area

  • Arrange and replenish products on display shelves

  • Pack items properly as per customer request

  • Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required

  • Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards

  • Support stock checking and daily sales reporting if required
