We are looking for a Counter Sales Executive to join our team at Jus Jumpin Kids Entertainment Private Limited to assist kids with safety, provide rides information, process cash/online transactions, generate bill, customer handling, promote sales and booking birthday parties. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like customer handling, assist kids stock up to date, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of upto ₹15,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries.
Provide accurate information on pricing, features, and services.
Inform customers birthday party service and about discounts and offers.
Ensure stocks are updated and operate inventory management.
Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.
Stay updated on new products and services.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass and only 6 months of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures. Candidate should be over 18+ years.
