Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling in-store sales, assisting walk-in customers, and ensuring excellent customer service at the counter.

Key Responsibilities:         Greet customers and understand their requirements. Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences. Demonstrate and explain products, and assist in selecting the right item. Maintain the display and cleanliness of the counter area. Process billing and handle cash/card payments efficiently. Maintain inventory and inform the manager of stock levels. Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly. Build and maintain relationships with regular customers.

Required Skills:     Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and customer-focused approach Good product knowledge and ability to upsell Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications:  Prior experience in retail or counter sales preferred
