मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

ग्राहकों का स्वागत करना और प्रोडक्ट से जुड़ी पूछताछ और खरीदारी में उनकी मदद करना।

कीमतों, खूबियों और बिक्री के बाद की सेवाओं के बारे में सटीक जानकारी देना।

अन्य प्रोडक्ट भी बेचना (Cross-sell) और ग्राहकों को छूट और ऑफ़र के बारे में बताना।

यह सुनिश्चित करना कि अलमारियाँ/रैक भरे हुए हों और वापस आए सामान (Merchandise returns) को संभालना।

बेहतरीन ग्राहक सेवा के लिए टीम के साथ तालमेल बिठाना और स्टोर मैनेजर के साथ अपनी राय (Feedback) साझा करना।

नए प्रोडक्ट और सेवाओं के बारे में जानकारी से अपडेट रहना।
