Customer Interaction:
Welcome
customers, identify needs, explain products, answer questions, and provide solutions.
Sales & Transactions:
Process orders, handle payments (cash/card), upsell/cross-sell, and meet sales targets
Product & Inventory:
Maintain deep product knowledge, update inventory, restock shelves, and ensure displays are neat.
Operations:
Maintain a clean counter, process paperwork, and adhere to company policies.
