Counter Sales Executive

We are looking for a Counter staff to join our team Company Mr. Chow's. This role involves :-

1. Tracking online orders on Swiggy and Zomato, taking orders on call.
2. Providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to their order.
3. Pass food orders to kitchen staff.
4. Coordination with Kitchen staff.
5. Packing of food parcel.
6. Handover parcel to delivery agent.
7. Prepare daily sales report.
