We are looking for a customer- obsessed and energetic Counter Sales Executive to be the face of our brand. You will be responsible for handling the front-end operations, from welcoming customers and taking orders to managing online delivery platforms and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹6,000 - ₹12,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Efficiently handle the Point of sale (POS) system.
Customer service: Greet walk-in customers, explain the menu, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Online platform Coordination: Monitor and manage incoming orders from Swiggy and Zomato; ensure timely handovers to delivery riders.
Upselling: Actively suggest add-ons, combos, or special items to increase daily sales targets
Quality Control: Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and maintain the brand's standardized portion sizes and presentation.
Outlet Hygiene: Ensure the counter, display area and dining space are kept clean and organized at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, ability to stay calm under pressure during peak hours and a polite, helpful 'guest-first' attitude.
