Associate ka main kaam customers ko ek behtareen aur yaadgaar movie experience dena hota hai.

Aapko box office, concession (food & drinks), aur cinema halls ki dekhbhal karni hogi aur har customer ko smile ke saath serve karna hoga.

Key Responsibilities (Kaam aur Zimmedariyan)

Customer Service: Har guest ka smile aur acche behaviour ke saath swagat karna.

Unki help karna aur shikayaton ko turant solve karna.Box Office (Ticket Counter):

Movie tickets aur loyalty cards sell karna.

Cash, card, ya online payments handle karna.Concession (Food & Beverage):

Food counters par snacks (popcorn, nachos, drinks) prepare karna aur sell karna. Food hygiene ka pura dhyan rakhna.Audi / Ushering: Audiences ko unki sahi seat dikhana. Movie shuru hone se pehle aur baad me hall ki safai check karna.Crowd Management: Interval aur movie khatam hone ke time crowd ko smoothly handle karna.Requirements & Skills (Yogyata aur Skills)

Education: 12th Pass (Kisi bhi stream se).

Communication: Hindi bolne me acche ho (Basic English ki samajh hona ek plus point hai)

.Skills: Customer handling, energetic personality,

aur team me kaam karne ki ability.
