Job Description

EXPERIENCE IN JEWELLERY SALE IS MANDATORY.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Generate sales through calls, walk-ins, or follow-ups.
Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions.
Prepare sales reports and update daily activities.
