Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

• Generate bills/invoices and process payments (cash/card/digital).

• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized.

• Keep track of inventory and notify supervisors of stock shortages.

• Follow up with customers for repeat business or feedback.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets as assigned.
