Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable perfumes, attars, oud, gift sets and other fragrance products.

• Demonstrate products and explain fragrance profiles, usage and product features.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and individual/store KPIs.

• Drive sales through effective customer engagement, cross-selling and upselling.

• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.

• Maintain proper product display, visual merchandising and showroom cleanliness.

• Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed.

• Assist with billing, stock checking and other day-to-day showroom activities.

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Ajmal brand effectively.

• Follow company policies, retail processes and customer service standards.
