Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable fabrics—by color, pattern, type, or budget. Provide accurate details such as price, material, and availability.

Keep fabric displays neat and organized. Restock shelves, reorder items as needed, and track inventory to prevent stockouts.

Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Offer suggestions for complementary products (e.g., linings, accessories) and aim to upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.

Maintain cleanliness and order at the counter. Participate in opening/closing routines and assist in store setup or promotional events.
