· Supervise and guide sales associates, cashiers, and floor staff to deliver excellent customer service.
· Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, clean, and compliant with company display and merchandising standards.
· Monitor daily sales, staff performance, and customer interactions.
· Assist with achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the Store Manager.
· Handle escalated customer issues, complaints, or returns professionally.
· Conduct daily briefings with staff on promotions, targets, and policies.
· Ensure staff follow operational procedures including billing, inventory control, and safety protocols.
· Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.
· Oversee shift schedules, break management, and floor coverage.
· Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to the Store Manager.
· Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock receiving and cycle counts.
· Ensure security protocols are followed to prevent theft or loss.
