Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide detailed product information to drive sales and meet individual/store targets.
Store Operations: Manage checkout processes, handle cash/digital payments accurately, and process customer returns or exchanges smoothly.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, unpack new shipments, ensure items are priced correctly, and perform regular inventory counts.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store floor. Set up product displays according to brand standards to attract customer interest.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints or queries professionally, escalating complex issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
