Work Location: Vijay Sales Stores (Mumbai Western Line – Mira Road to Dadar)

Reporting Office: 3rd Floor, 271 Business Park, Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400063 (Near Virwani Industrial Estate)

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹20,452 per month

• Take-Home Salary: ₹17,500 per month

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 21–28 years

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply

• Experience in Consumer Durable (CD) Sales or Retail Sales will be preferred.

Working Hours

• Store Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Weekly off as per store roster.

Job Overview

Bajaj Finserv is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to promote Consumer Finance/Consumer Loan products at Vijay Sales stores. The role involves assisting customers with finance options and converting eligible customers into successful loan bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach customers visiting Vijay Sales stores.

• Explain Bajaj Finserv Consumer Loan/EMI finance options.

• Help customers complete the loan application process.

• Collect and verify required documents.

• Coordinate with the store team for smooth customer service.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Sales-oriented attitude with confidence to interact with customers.

• Basic smartphone and documentation knowledge.

• Ability to work in a retail store environment.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
