Responsibility :

Understand customer preferences (size, style, budget) and suggest suitable outfits
Provide product information about fabric, fit, offers, and discounts
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing, cash, card, and UPI payments
Maintain proper display of garments as per store standards
Ensure trial rooms are clean and organized
Manage stock, folding, tagging, and replenishment of clothes
Inform customers about new arrivals and ongoing promotions
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally
Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the store
Build good customer relationships to encourage repeat visits
