We are looking for a confident, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our team at LaMoksh Fabric.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a proven ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Handle clients professionally, understand their requirements, and provide personalised shopping experiences.

• Outbound Calling & Client Follow-ups: Use the customer database provided by the company to make calls, follow up with potential clients, invite them to visit the store, and convert leads into sales.

• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales of lehengas, sarees, suits, fabrics, and other fashion products while consistently working towards and achieving monthly sales targets.

• In-Store Customer Handling: Welcome customers, understand their preferences, recommend suitable products, and close sales effectively.

• Customer Retention: Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, excellent service, and repeat business.

• Order & Alteration Coordination: Coordinate with the tailoring team for garment alterations and corrections. Ensure that altered garments are checked, properly finished, and returned to their designated places in the store.

• Store Management & Product Organisation: Maintain proper product placement, ensure garments are returned to their correct locations after trials or alterations, and keep the sales area organised.

• Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain records of client calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance to ensure monthly targets are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong client-handling and convincing abilities.

• A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving monthly targets.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and generating store visits from the company's customer database.

• Experience in retail sales, fashion, ethnic wear, sarees, lehengas, or designer clothing will be an advantage.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive, responsible, and professional attitude.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who can take ownership of the sales process—from calling potential customers and inviting them to the store to assisting them with purchases, closing sales, achieving targets, and ensuring that garments and store inventory remain properly organised.
