Job Title: Retail Sales Associate – Lingerie Store

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our lingerie store. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion, enjoy interacting with customers, and be committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them in selecting lingerie, sleepwear, and related products.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable styles, sizes, and products.

Provide courteous and professional customer service while maintaining customer privacy and comfort.

Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately.

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.

Replenish stock, arrange merchandise, and assist with inventory management.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns in accordance with store policies.

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Basic computer and POS billing knowledge is an advantage.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
