Key Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Accurately scanning products, handling payments (cash, credit, gift cards), and issuing receipts or change.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions about products or prices, and resolving complaints politely

Cash Handling: Balancing the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Operational Support: Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, bagging items, and occasionally assisting with restocking or inventory checks.
Returns/Exchanges: Processing refunds and exchanges according to store policy.
