Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in the automobile (4-wheeler) sector. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:
   
   

   • Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing them with detailed information about the vehicles.
     
     

   • Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
     
     

   • Conduct test drives and explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of the vehicles.
     
     

2. Sales Process:
   
   

   • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the purchase.

   • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

   • Assist customers with financing options and provide information on available promotions and discounts.

3. Product Knowledge:

   • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the current automobile market, including new models, features, and industry trends.

   • Stay informed about competitors' products and pricing strategies.

   • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

   • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
