- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their vehicle requirements.

- Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, pricing, EMI options, and offers.

- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance to customers.

- Maintain updated knowledge of product features, variants, and competitor models.

- Achieve monthly sales targets for new vehicles, accessories, insurance, and finance.

- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, follow-up sheets, and customer databases.

- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth delivery.

- Participate in sales events, promotional campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
